WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect ‘direct and indirect’ Personal Information from our websites to provide you with information on our products and services you have expressed an interest in and to provide you with information on other similar MCD/JBC products and services we believe will be of interest to you and to better understand how we can help prospective homeowners and/or residents, current homeowners and/or residents and employees.
The type of Personal Information we collect will depend upon what we will need to provide you with the product or service you are interested in. Prospective residents (“future residents”) will be asked to include most of the following personal information: first and last name, primary phone number, email address, the apartment size you are looking for (number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms), where you want to live (e.g., city and state or community name), the type of building you prefer, your proposed rent budget, move-in date, desired lease term, and whether or not you have pets (if so, what type), and any additional comments you wish to provide.
Current residents of one of our residential communities will be asked to provide an apartment number, first and last name, phone number, email address, reason for contacting us, and any additional comments.
We may receive information about you, including Personal Information, from third parties. For example, if you are on another website and you opt-in to receive information from us, that website will forward to us your email address and other information about you so that we may contact you as requested.
